HAWRYCH MD reserves the right to amend at any time any policies governing the Site, including these Terms and Conditions and HAWRYCH MD's Privacy Statement, by posting the amended terms on the Site. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease using this Site immediately. HAWRYCH does not permit or advise any minor to make a purchase on our Site. All purchases of our products should be performed by any individual 18 years of age or older. Use of this Service is not meant to serve as a substitute for professional medical advice. The Site is solely an online store for specialty related skin care products and it provides additional educational information on issues of interest to our customers. Our only intention is to help you make a decision regarding a purchase but not to replace any medical professional or medical resource. No prescription medications or medical treatments are intentionally provided on the Site to be used without medical advice. All HAWRYCH MD purchases are for consumer use only. Products may NOT be resold. Dealer orders will NOT be accepted. HAWRYCH MD reserves the right to restrict dealer activity and accounts and to not process dealer orders.

Shipping

We offer FREE Shipping (First Class Mail) on all U.S. orders. You can choose USPS Priority Mail for a flat $ 6.99 fee. All orders are shipped within 24 hours of order placement including Saturdays. No shipments on Sundays and Holidays. We reserve the right to change the shipping method without prior notification.

We can ship to virtually to any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to some international destinations. Please contact us by e-mail before placing your order to international destination for a shipping quote.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
